You would think after a 2.5 hour drive from Cape May that Lance & Danielle would be groggy, miserable and generally not ready to trek around Phoenxville with me to take photos. Well, you'd be wrong. Danielle & Lance are film & book lovers. They spend their time together watching old musicals projected onto a big screen in their living room in Chicago. Lance makes awesome short films about their lives (see here) which I've recently become a big fan of. So, it seemed perfect to take them into Phoenixville down to the classic Colonial Theater on Bridge Street for a few shots. From there, we went up Bridge Street to "Retold Tales" & then "Deep Groove Record Shop". Hanging out with these two for an afternoon makes you want to go home and binge-watch every old film you can get your hands on (See: My Netflix Queue). They're relaxed with each other & it's easy to tell that not only are they completely in love, but they're very best friends. Danielle & Lance share the same interests and have fun doing everything & nothing together.
I'm so excited to be photographing their wedding this fall at the Chalfont Hotel in Cape May. I want to thank them for coming into town Saturday night & giving me the opportunity to get to know these cool cats better. Here are some of my favorites from our night together.
