Sarah & BJ's wedding day began at their home in Boyertown on 9.10.11. Nerves swirled around the house as the bride got ready upstairs & the groom prepped down in the den in Sarah's late grandmother's house. It was important for Sarah & BJ to get ready for the day there since her grandmother left her the house. Sarah expressed her sorrow for her grandmother's apparent absence on her day. People zipped up and down the steps, constantly checking to be sure Sarah wouldn't be seen by her husband to be. While my wonderful assistant, Anna, was out front taking the groom's shots, I stepped out to give BJ an update on the timeline. I turned to rush back to his bride so he could get on with his photos when he stopped me and asked, "Does Sarah look wonderful?" My heart melted. "Yes, she really does." "She's my angel", BJ said. That's something I heard him say about her to many guests throughout the day. Their families were fun-lovin' and made Anna & I feel welcome (and full!) by the end of the night.
