Shannon & Sean gave me the wonderful gift of an amazing, nostalgic engagement session at the old St. Pius X building last summer. I've been so excited to shoot their wedding since then & man, what a wonderfully awesome day they had. Shannon & Sean deserve a round of applause for trusting me enough to do their First Look in a lumber yard on a whim. When the light was too harsh at the church AND we had the possibility of too many guests seeing them before the ceremony, I remembered a lumber yard around the corner and very hesitantly asked them if they would be open to that location. Though they were separated so they couldn't see each other, they both gave me the same enthusiastic "Yeah! Whatever you think, we trust you." answer. I can't think of many people who would blindly go into that kind of situation with full trust & be so pumped about it. Those are my favorite "First Look" photos to date.
This post is photo heavy! So I'll let the pictures do the talking now. Also, Thanks so much to Brittany of Brittany Raine Photography for doing a kick-ass job of being my second set of eyes that day.
